Waxaa lagu sheegay geedka gobka qoraanka kariimka Alle wuxuu yiri:
(وَأَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ ﴿٢٧﴾ فِي سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ)

The lote tree is one of the medicinal plants, it is a plant used for purification, even for washing the dead. The fruits of the lote of paradise are eaten.
It is mentioned about the lote tree in the Holy Quran, Allah said:
(وَأَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ ﴿٢٧﴾ فِي سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ)
(And the People of the Right Hand * what are the People of the Right Hand?! Amid thornless lote trees)
