The condition you are describing is a psychological condition, it is known in English as Sundowning, or sundown syndrome and in Arabic as  متلازمة الغروب

A person feels anxious, sad and depressed when the sun goes down.
This condition is more common in women and the elderly, and is rare in young people.
It can be prevented by the following things that can be a cure for the person if they do it:

1- to pray and read the Holy Quran.
2- to listen to the Holy Quran, especially the sweet voice that you find in it.
3- if you are at home, to turn on the lights and avoid darkness.
4- to do the things you like or drink tea or coffee or eat halwa or chat with people and keep yourself busy with something good.
5- Doing chores around the house like cleaning, sweeping, or cooking

6- When the sun is about to set, keep yourself busy with good things, and read or exercise when the sun is about to set.

These things may cure you of the problem you are having, which is a psychological illness.
