   إشكالية تعدد اللغات المختلطة الأفريقية

  تعد قارة أفريقيا من أكثر قارات العالم تعقيدا من حيث المنظور اللغوي ، فهي تحتوى على ثلث لغات العالم ،وتتعدد بها اللغات الوطنية واللغات المختلطة بشقيها  المبسطة والكريولى  وهو موضوع البحث ، حيث يتناول بالدراسة والتحليل تعدد اللغات المختلفة والتي تعد خليطا من لغتين  فعلى سبيل المثال وليس الحصر كما في بابوا نيوغينيا  فهى تحتوى على 800 لغة ،

ولقد بدأت هذه اللغات  كلغة مبسطة بين أناس لا يعرف كل منهم الأخر ثم تطورت نوعا حيث سميت كريولى ،وذلك حين أصبحت أكثر تعقيدا ،وقد حدث ذلك لتلبية وظائف الاتصال  والتبادل ، ولعل أهم الأسباب التى دفعت لظهور اللغات المختلطة في قارة أفريقيا هى التجارة والتبادل ،وبالرغم من شيوع هذه اللغات  فإنها تواجه عقبات ومشاكل كثيرة على شبكة الإنترنت.

الهدف من البحث:

وضع توصيات وحلول للمساهمة في هذه المشكلات.

إشكالية البحث:

مناقشة وتحليل العقبات والتحديات التى تواجه التعدد للغات المختلطة  في قارة أفريقيا وتطبيقاتها على شبكة الانترنت.

وعلى هذا فقد قسمت البحث للآتي:

أولا:مقدمة عن التنوع اللغوى في قارة أفريقيا.

ثانيا: تعريف اللغات المختلطة في قارة أفريقيا

ثالثا: أنواع اللغات المختلفة

• شمال القارة
• جنوب الصحراء
• غرب القارة
• شرق القارة

رابعا: العقبات والمشاكل في تطبيقات اللغات المختلطة  على شبكة الانترنت .

• مشاكل اقتصادية
• مشاكل فنية
• مشاكل سياسية

خامسا :توصيات ونتائج

The problem of African mixed multilingualism and its applications on the Internet

The continent of Africa is one of the most complex continents in the world in terms of linguistic perspective, it contains a third of the world’s languages, and there are many national languages and mixed languages in both simplified and creole, which is the subject of research, as it deals with the study and analysis of the multiplicity of different languages, which is a mixture of two languages, for example, but not limited to, as in Papua New Guinea, it contains 800 languages

These languages began as a simplified language between people who do not know each other and then evolved somewhat where it was called Creole, when it became more complex, and this happened to meet the functions of communication and exchange, and perhaps the most important reasons that prompted the emergence of mixed languages in the continent of Africa is trade and exchange, and despite the prevalence of these languages, they face many obstacles and problems on the Internet.

Objective of the research:

Develop recommendations and solutions to contribute to these problems.

The problem of research:

Discuss and analyze the obstacles and challenges facing mixed multilingualism in Africa and its applications on the Internet.

Accordingly, I divided the research into the following:
